At Rise, a fast-paced digital agency, I led visual direction as the sole designer on the Growth Team—overseeing branding, pitch design, and visual storytelling across internal and client work.

Rebranded the Growth Team’s brand identity and visual system
Built unique, scalable design systems for speed and consistency
Designed decks (RFIs, RFPs, proposals, among others), ads, and data visuals to drive storytelling
Tailored work to client brands (such as UnitedHealth Group, Claire’s, and Gallo)
Delivered high-impact visuals on 1–2 day timelines

How we got there

I approached the rebrand in three clear, focused phases.

PHASE I: Define the Foundation

Built a mood board to reflect the desired energy, style, and feel
Used it as a creative compass for visual exploration

PHASE II: Set the Visual Tone

Collaborated with the executive team to brainstorm values and key brand traits
Aligned on a strategic tone and personality to guide the visual direction

PHASE III: Explore and Finalize

Tested multiple color directions through iterative drafts
Refined and finalized a cohesive branding guide to anchor all design work
